component of Tradepoint.
Employee actions are associated with their profile information in
Tradepoint. An Employee profile enables a role based experience with company
information for a focused experience relevant to their role within Tradepoint.
Company policies are supported by the role based experience for employees.
Track an Employees actions, any products or equipment on loan from the
company for their use as well as security settings and schedule setting to name
some of the profile information which can be tracked using Tradepoint.
Some of the functions found in Tradepoint Enterprise human resource
management include :
- Give security access to one or more division or companies
- Each Employee can have more than one email
- Create one or more calendars per profile
- Show available hours to work
- Share schedules with other Employees
- Set vacation time for one or more Employees
- Set holidays for one or more staff members
- Link Documents to Employee accounts
- Scan in documents to an Employee account
- Track any products lent to an Employees for their use(cell phones,
laptops, etc.)
