Tradepoint Email supports graphical signatures, HTML or text templates and options for multiple emails per profile with automatic tools for tracking outbound emails to contacts and the ability to turn incoming emails into a Task, Call, or Appointment with a one click feature from the Inbox.

With ability to access and search documents generally within a company, Tradepoint offers support for scanning, uploading, and using templates to creat documents through Office ir another desktop based office program. Documents can be shared with contacts through Ecommerce solutions and are also protected by security settings. Document types are supported by desktop based applications so, if a company uses .wmv files and images then they can be uploaded, revised and shared simultaneously as long as the users accessing the documents have the desktop based applications available to use those files.
