Transaction Types
Process and create Invoices, Sales Orders, Quotations, and
Refund/Exchange transactions quickly through the retail system as well as Cash
In & Out transactions. Apply discounts, add notes, add transaction charges,
and more with ease. Start with a Quotation or a Sales Order and look it up later
to convert it into an Invoice with one-click for completion. Additionally sales
orders can be entered into the system without taking any deposit, or a small
deposit, or with the full payment amount cleared. A single transaction is
created for refunds and exchanges allowing quick processing of a transaction
where a customer is returning a few products as well as exchanging some for
another.
Supporting Credit Card, Cash, Check, and Gift Card payment
types, the transaction total can be split across for a single transaction with
no limit to the split. Charge part of the payment to one credit card, and one to
another credit card, apply part of it to a gift card, and process the remaining
amount by cash. Gift Cards can be sold and redeemed directly at the terminal
without paying a per transaction fee. Credit card processing is supported
directly through the system using TrustCommerce, Hypercom, and Yes-Pay payment
gateways.
Receipts & End of Day
Each transaction type is assigned a different receipt layout
in the system. User can easily create and design custom receipts using a
powerful report designer tool. The system can be configured to print multiple
copies of the receipts on completion of a transaction, to automatically print a
customer receipt in case of a credit card transaction, and automate or prompt to
email a copy of the receipt to the customer.
At the start of the day the clerk is prompted for the total
cash in register. The system then tracks all cash transactions including cash in
and cash out transactions as well as check, gift card, and credit card payments.
On register close the clerk is prompted for the counted total in the cash drawer
and prints a summarized and customizable Z-Tape.
