This tool within Products of Tradepoint allows any Registered
Account (Customer, Reseller, Supplier) to make a Review of your Product. They
must be authorized and have a login
to your Web Module to create a review.
Once a Review is created it has to be approved by an individual
with the correct User Access Settings before it can be posted for viewing on
your website. Reviews are for a specific Product and the functionality is
available for every Product, Service, or non-Inventoried product you have within
Tradepoint.
The field labeled 'Review By' allows you to choose from existing
contacts who can provide a review. Multiple individuals can provide reviews,
just click the New Review icon and choose another Contact to provide a
review.
When the Check box has been checked off then the Review will be
made available on your website.
Ratings are available through the drop down menu and the content of
the Review is viewable in the field on the far right.
