Printing a Quote from a Lead is done by creating a New Quote and then checking off the Print box next to the Save icon in the lower right hand corner as shown in the screen view below.

When you click the Save icon you will be directed to the Print Preview screen. From there click the Print icon in the toolbar at the top of the screen.  Your Quote will then be printed with the printer that is attached to your computer.

Printing a Quote can also be done from an existing Quote. When an exiting quote is highlighted from the main Quotes screen double click it to open that Quote.

When you are in the open Quote screen click the Print icon  that will be found in the lower right hand corner of the screen next to the Close icon.

This will take you to the Print Preview screen you see below.

Multiple functions can be performed from this screen however, to Print a Quote click the circled print icon and your Quote will be printed with the Printer attached to your computer.
