To add a
Contact to a Customer file click the Personnel icon in the main
Customers toolbar. A window will open where you will either see any existing
personnel and icons available to add new contacts to a Customer.
To add a new
contact to a customer click on the New Employee icon in the toolbar below.
A window will
open for you to add the remaining details for this contact. Basic information
from the main Contact information screen of this contact will pre-populate in
this section for this contact.
The view of
this screen is below.
Once you have filled in your information and saved your changes your new
contact will be listed under the Personnel section of this
Customer.
