5.5 Schedule Invitations

Sending invitations to
Guests(Contacts) within your Schedule is automatically set when you add a guest
to your Appointment. Any Details you have within the main notes field will
automatically be sent with your Invitation.
When you Save the details another window
will pop up with a window for you to add to the Information to send in your
Invitation.
Clicking yes will send the Invitation to
the email address you have on file for the Guests you have added to your
Appointment. A few things to remember about sending Invitations:
- If there is no email address on file for
your Guests they won't receive an Invitation
- Some ISP providers may consider
Invitations SPAM and there is a possibility the invitation may not reach the
recipient
- Any time you edit an existing
Appointment you will see this option pop up when you Save your changes to the
Appointment. Checking of either option at the bottom of the screen you see
will either resend the Invitation or not send the
Invitation.
