Reporting Tools


Evolution provides two types of reporting tools. Action based reporting is integrated with every action you perform within Evolution. This means every Request for Proposal, Quote, Order, Invoice, Purchase Order and  so on generates a report and provides support for multiple reports if additional templates are customized from the default template in Evolution. Action based reports can also be Division specific for companies who have more than one Division creating a software environment specific to the role and company of its users.

View activities easily through our My Business section of reporting. My Business contains dozens of reporting templates on all aspects of your information within Evolution. Specific reports and/or groups of reports can be enabled through a users security profile for role based tools. My Business is the easiest way to look at your activity and be able to drill down into a specific action directly from a report if necessary. Additional functions and tools are integrated making it easier to take action with reporting information easily accessible.
