Darwin Productions Inc. and Premier POS Inc. Announce Merger to Integrate

JEFFERSON, Texas (November 20, 2009) – Darwin Productions Inc. and
Premier POS Inc. are pleased to announce a merger, which will take effect on
Friday November 20th 2009 to form Tradepoint.
This merger enables the new company to offer one-stop business management
solutions for a wide array of industries. The pooling of technologies and
products will provide the market with an unprecedented platform that will enable
businesses to utilize one solution to fit their needs.
