14.49 How to track Expenses within a Project

Tracking Expenses
within a Project is done similarly to tracking Budget items. Clicking on the
Expenses icon will open the window showing any
outstanding expenses. The main Expenses window is shown below with an example of
an Outstanding Expense listed.
Any existing
Expenses will be listed in the manner you see above. To add an Expense click the
New Expense icon and the main window to add the details of
an Expense will open.
Simply fill in the
details and Save any changes when you are prompted. Each Expense will be listed
within the Expenses section of a Project as you see in the first screen view of
the Expenses section.
