Customer Lookups using Tradepoint Point of Sale

Customer look ups can be performed within the point
of sale screen easily. This is ideal for businesses which have cash sales as
well as accounts for customers.
The customer lookup button from the main
point of sale screen will prompt the option to lookup a specific
customer.

The customer lookup
screen will list any customers existing in Tradepoint. Type in all or part of a
name and click the enter or return key to bring back results.

Highlight the
correct customer and click the Apply button. The customer will appear on the
main POS screen just above the totals area.

Once the customer
has been chosen sales can be processed through the point of sale for a specific
customer. To return to processing cash transactions click the new sale button in
the upper right corner of the screen.
