To access edit mode login to the point of Sale and click on the management menu in the top left of the screen. The option for edit mode will be the bottom option.

Within edit mode there will be a menu option in the upper left to choose which printable item to edit. Choose the receipts and existing receipt option to edit the current receipt.

Once the option to edit existing is opened the report designer will open. The report designer is similar to the report designer in Tradepoint so the menu options and click through options on fields will be the same.

Each field on the receipt can be edited. Editing the logo on the receipt is done by clicking on the logo field and choosing the menu option that shows up once the field has been clicked.
Finding a logo file and sizing options for the file will be found in the menu in the logo field. For sizing options which will size a logo file automatically to the correct proportions choose the auto sizing option.

Adding a web site, or tag line can be done by clicking the line right below the logo or dragging a label field into the receipt.  A label field is a blank field with no properties or text in the field. Text or properties can be assigned to the label field once it has been dragged to its location on the receipt.

The customize menu in the label field shows the property options that can be added or changed on a label field. The property menu will appear for each field within the receipt.

Field properties for appearance can also be edited using the menus found on the right side of the screen. These menus will control how a field and its text appears. This includes font, color, size, field background color, and borders to name some of the most frequent changes made.
