Global Contacts

Global contacts in an area that you can store any miscellaneous contact that pertains to your company.  Examples: your company lawyer, company accountant.  Everyone can access this area and view the contacts provided they have the appropriate security settings.

The contacts window has tabs that contain even email correspondence, appointments scheduled and attended.  Documents about or pertaining to the contact; projects ongoing with the contact, customized data that is unique each contact and even an area that you can store the complete organizational structure of a corporate contact.  The "personnel" tab allows you to track all the employees at a particular company.
