Editing and deleting Reminders happens directly through the Reminders window in the Flyout Panel. At the bottom of the Reminders window there is a Delete icon  and a Edit icon.

Simply highlight the desired Reminder and click the Edit or Delete icon. The Edit icon will open the details screen of the Reminders for you to make the changes you would like to.
