Creating a Call Log
directly from an Email is done when you right click on a highlighted email. A
drop down menu will open showing the options for functionality. Click on the
Create a Call Log option from the menu.
The window for a
Call Log will open directly if the Sender's email is already a Contact within
Tradepoint. In this case, the Sender's contact information will be associated
with the Call Log. The content within the Email will be pre-populated into the
body of the Call Log. If the Sender is not already in your Tradepoint as a
Contact then you will need to create a Contact from their email.
