14.12.2 How to Attach Read Receipts to an Email

Attaching a Read
Receipt to an Outgoing Email Message is done by checking the Read Receipt icon
in the Email toolbar you
have when sending an email message.

When that message
has been delivered or if it was not successfully delivered you will receive a
mail delivery message in your Email box looking like the message you see
below.
