14.16 Adding a Contact to a Lead

Within
Tradepoint multiple contacts can be added to a Lead. After you have opened Leads
click on the Personnel icon towards the left side of the toolbar.
You will see
a main screen open with menu options at the bottom of that screen. In there are
no existing Contacts then click the New Employee icon at the bottom of the screen. When
there are no existing Employees it will be the only live icon in the
menu.
The next
screen that will open is the details screen for this contact. Simply fill in
additional relevant information. The main contact information from the company
will automatically pre-populate and you will be able to add additional
information such as secondary email addresses and mobile phone numbers. Below is
an example of the screen to add a New Employee.
Your changes
will be saved automatically. Just click the Close icon and you will find the new
Employee listed in the Personnel section with the main contact information
visible the next time you open the Personnel section of that contact.
When a personnel contact is highlighted the icons at
the bottom of the screen will become live giving you the options of the
different functionality in relation to the highlighted contact.
