Creating a Quote for a Lead is done by clicking the Quotes icon from the Leads toolbar.

The next window that will open will list any existing Quotes and allow you to generate a New Quote for a Lead. Clicking the New Quote icon  in the lower right hand corner will open the main screen to add details within a Quote to a Lead. It is important to note that any Quote you create from a Lead's file will automatically be associated with that Lead.

Below is the main window to add details for a Quote.

Simply specify all of the details such as dates the Quote will be valid, products, Sales Rep, Status of the Quote, and any shipping information. Then Save your changes and the Quote will automatically be added to the Lead file.
