14.28 How to Create an Individual Customer File

To create an
Individual Customer file simply make sure the individual box 
is checked. The toolbar will adjust to
reflect an individual contact rather than a business contact.
If this is a
Contact that has already been created and you are changing it to a individual
contact you may lose information. You will be prompted about this. The view of
the toolbar for an individual contact within Customers is below.
This is identical to the business contact structure with the exception of
the Personal section you see.
