Customizing a packing slip in Tradepoint can be done from the print Preview view of a Packing slip. Follow the below pathway to get to a packing slip:  Home Tab--->Customers(resellers or Suppliers)--->Choose a Contact---Orders--->Shipments--->highlight Shipment and click print--->Customize.

Clicking the Customize icon will open the view you see below.

When you have made the changes you would like to have in your Packing Slip Save your changes to be the default packing slip or to be an alternate packing slip. if you choose the option for a second packing slip then when you go to print out a packing slip you will be prompted to choose which packing slip to use.
