Within Projects you can customize Categories, Sub-Categories and Custom Data fields specific to your Project work flow needs. Each of your Project Categories and related Sub-Categories will also have a Color Assigned to them.

 
The different color menus are built into the color option field as shown above. Your changes will be save automatically.
