19.9 Setup and Configure Tool- Knowledge Base

Knowledge base categories can be set up for each
type of article directly through the Setup & Configure
Tool.

Each Category that is setup up will be
visible through the main page within the Knowledge Base shown below. The
highlighted section on the right will list each available Category with check
boxes to associate specific articles with specific categories.

The New Category icon gives easy access to
creating a New Category easily within your Knowledge Base
articles.
