The Quotation window allows you to create a special quote for a contact for any of your products.

The top section of the window contains all of the information related to the people involved with this quotation, important dates and the current status. In the center of the window you can enter all of the products that you are quoting on for the contact. Simply click the New button and fill in the appropriate details.

On the right hand side of the window you will see the total value of the products listed, and you can set the shipping charges that would be applied to give the customer a complete price for the whole package.
