6.20 Support and Communications


The Support screen(also called Call Logs) is the primary entry point into the Customer Support Management System of Tradepoint. From this screen you can see the history of all support issues for this contact, including issues initiated by you and by the contact.

The support issues listed can be filtered using the Filter field in the bottom left. By default you will only see incidents from the last 3 months, but you can select a different filter to view older items when needed.

You can customize the layout and apply custom filters to the support incident grid. For information on how to do this, please read the Tradepoint List Customization article listed below.
