The Tradepoint advanced search features can be found on the control panel section of Tradepoint.  Some sample advanced searches would include:

Every company starting with the letter “A” in the state of NY, or every customer with a staff member “Bill” in it, or appointment that contains the word “important” or a blend of the above.
