Nov/5/2011
When a pre-authorization is made on a Customer credit card, a charge will be placed on that card In Full unless the pre-authorization is Voided PRIOR to shipping any goods.
In the case of a Partial Shipment of goods, the Entire amount of the Order will be charged when the initial shipment is made. If the Customer then Cancels the remaining items, the Order will need to be placed in Cancelled Status, and a Refund processed on the card.
