Credit Limits

Credit Limits can be enabled on each contact’s
account on an as needed basis from the Account section within a Customer,
Reseller, or Supplier.

Credit Limits will pop
up a reminder that the Credit Limit has been reached during an Order once an
attempt to Save a completed order has been made.

Tradepoint determines if
a credit limit has been surpassed by the amount of Invoices, not
Orders with an outstanding balance on a customer’s account at the time an
attempt is being made to complete a new order on an account.

A credit limit can be over ridden with an admin login and password for
that order as displayed above. A credit limit can be over ridden on a per order
basis only.
