Default Warehouse – A default Warehouse can be selected for the customer which will default a Warehouse for companies with multiple Warehouses automatically for any orders placed by a particular customer.

Shipping Method – If there is a preferred shipping method this field will allow that preference to be set which will automatically choose the preferred shipping method for a particular customer.

Freight Terms – Freight Terms can be defined by the + sign next to the field. Any set defaults here will be set within any Orders placed automatically.

Account # - If Freight Terms are ‘Paid by Customer’ then the Account Number of a Shipping Account will be set within any Orders placed.

Shipping Address Field – Will allow multiple Shipping Addresses to be created. These will be available within the Order screen as a drop down option in an Order.

Third Party UPS Shipping – Use this option to apply 3rd party UPS Shipping to a customer’s account. The UPS Account Number and Billing Address will be required for this option. If no billing address is specified then Tradepoint will assume the UPS Billing Address is the same as the default billing address on the account.
