Global documents are a quick and easy way to store all of the documents your corporations has.  Scanned data, word files, zip files, graphic files and any other file type.  All of the documents are encrypted, compressed and stored in your Tradepoint database and can only be accessed by staff that have the appropriate security permissions (anywhere in the world).  Because Tradepoint can be easily integrated with your eCommerce website, company documents can even be referenced and downloaded from the internet.   This feature is great for companies that provide drivers and other materials for their products online or for companies that want password specific downloads that can be done according to user permissions on the web.

Tradepoint documents can also be searched upon using advanced search keyword and through advanced document searching and indexing technology.
