Synchronize
Manually force Tradepoint to synchronize with other copies of the software.  This item is only visible if your Tradepoint is set to operate in remote mode

Synchronize to Outlook
This unique feature enables your Tradepoint to push and pull data to your PDA or existing outlook packages.  Tradepoint has been created to eliminate the need for outlook but if for some reason it is your preference Tradepoint can communicate directly with the package.  Synchronize to Outlook has been developed mainly to utilize its standard approach to PDA management.  Through it, every PDA that can communicate with outlook can synchronize with Tradepoint.  High powered cell phones are no exclusion. 
This high powered feature is only enabled if your employee preferences allow you to take make this type of synchronization.  Enabling this feature can be done through the Employee Window through the Preferences area.  Every area of outlook sync is locked down with high level security so that you can specify only the areas you want synchronized.

Import Data
Import your old data from any package into Tradepoint:  Outlook Data, Accounting Data, CRM Data.  Tradepoint has been specifically developed to be able to communicate with any outside package.  Over a dozen file types can be imported using our Import Wizard tool. File types include ACT 2006 or later, Fox Pro/DBF files, Goldmine 4.0 or later, Peachtree 2005 or later, Quickbook lists, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Business Contact Manager and more. Many standard file forms show in the import data section of the software.  Ask us if a specific application you would like to import from is not mentioned.  We most likely already have a plugin for it.

Export Data
Export any or all of your corporate data in one easy to manage and self describing XML file.

Manage Database/Database Operations

Tradepoint includes 4 different database operations that you can perform using this tool.

• Backup Database
• Create a New Remote User backup set
• Restore your Database
• Defragment

Follow the prompts on the screens to perform any of these functions to maximize your database performance.

Setup/Configuration Tool

This is the main tool for you to Setup and Configure all aspects and settings throughout Tradepoint. All of your Company Categories and Statuses, Shipping Preferences and rate tables, payment processing and synchronization settings.
