The Projects within the Flyout Panel will reflect the Categories you have created within Projects.

Any Project that you have created or are a part of will be reflected in the Flyout Panel.  So, clicking on the plus next to Category will open any Projects listed under that Category.

Highlighting any listed Project will enable the Edit icon. Double clicking any Project will open that Project. The New Project icon will generate a New Project directly from the Flyout Panel.
