Sending an Email to a Customer

An Email can be sent to a Customer two different ways. One way
is directly through the Email section, and another is through the Contact
File.
An Email can be
sent through the Email Section by clicking the Email icon in the Home
toolbar.
This will open the
main Email section. From there the new message icon will open a Email message page. Further
by typing in part of the email address into the Address field and Tradepoint will
pull up the contacts starting with the information you entered. From there
simply highlight the desired email address and click on it to add it to the
field.
The send an Email
directly from a Contact find the contact whether it is a Lead, Customer,
Reseller, Supplier or from the Rolodex. On the main contact information page you
will find where the main email address is towards the bottom of the page. Click
the email icon next to the email address.
A New Message window will open and you can fill in the details of your
Email and send it when you are finished creating the message.
