14.10.1 How to Create Reminders for Tasks from Incoming Emails

Reminders can be
generated automatically from any Outgoing Email. When creating or responding to
an Email click on the Follow Up Icon in the Email toolbar.

This function has to be
activated within the Preferences section of your Employee file to be
active.
When this is active
you can set reminders to come due within the time frame you see displayed in the
drop down menu. Reminders set for longer in the future than tomorrow will come
due within the current week or exactly one week from the day the Reminder is set
for the 'Next Week' setting. Any
Reminders will come due within the Flyout Panel.
