When you Click on 'Create a Task' the Task window will be opened and the information from the email will automatically be pre-populated into the text window of the Task. The login information of the person creating the Task from the email will be associated with the task as well as the Sender of the Email.

Fill in the remaining information for the Task, any reminders and associate any other Employees with the Task. Save your changes and you are finished.
